Truth number two: If they can do it, we should really be able to do it also, even if no two bodies are ever the same!

We dieters are a special bunch! We are by in large (no pun intended) well informed about what is good for our body but not so good when it comes to the organization of this knowledge and how we should apply it.
We are overwhelmed by an increasing body of “scientific” evidence promoting such and such product but often times are worried about the authenticity of said product.
And this knowledge overload literally sweeps our good intentions away until our scales begin to scream at us or we get disturbing news from our doctors.
